Overview
Radiocentre is the industry body for commercial radio in the UK. As part of Radiocentre the Radiocentre Clearance team ensures advertising messages on commercial radio stations comply with the necessary content rules and standards laid out in the BCAP Code of Broadcast Advertising and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
DG Developments Ltd developed a system that allows creatives / advertising agencies / radio stations to submit their scripts to be processed by the Clearance team.

Creating A Campaign
Submitters create campaigns and upload scripts via an intuitive web interface. The campaign creation process also allows the upload of supporting evidence and input of submitter comments.
Communication
The Radiocentre Clearance Team process the uploaded scripts via an adminstration system, which also allows them to communicate updates and request information from the submitters.
At the end of the process the scripts are either cleared, resulting in a clearance document being produced and supplied to the submitter or rejected.
